  • Rent typically includes furnished living accommodations, utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to supportive services and community resources. Specific amenities may vary by property.

  • Yes. GLT Homes may conduct background screenings as part of the application process. However, each applicant is considered on an individual basis, and prior challenges do not automatically disqualify someone. Our goal is to provide safe, stable housing while supporting individuals on their journey toward independence and success.

  • Availability varies depending on current occupancy. Please complete our Housing Application or Contact Form to inquire about current openings and upcoming vacancies.

  • Individuals interested in housing may complete the Housing Application form. If space is unavailable, applicants may be placed on our waitlist and contacted when an opening becomes available.
